What Does the No-Sweat Intro Include?

Typically our No-Sweat Intro program is comprised of five components:

  1. Initial Consultation – We want to get to know who you are, what experiences have led you to seek a new fitness programs, and what broad health goals you have in mind.
  2. Goal Assessment – We’ll dig a bit more into your goals and identify your “whys.” We find that our clients see greater success when their goals are fleshed out in very specific ways.
  3. Baseline Measurements – We’ll need to identify specific metrics like body fat%, muscle mass and more to determine exactly where you are in terms of your goals.
  4. Making a Plan – Based on your history, baseline measurements, and goals, we can begin mapping out a customized fitness, nutrition, and recovery plan to best set you up for success.
  5. Joining the TriForce Family – If everything feels like a great fit up to this point, we’ll up you get started with the TriForce membership plan that’s right for you.
