Ingredients
- 3 lbs of cauliflower (1 large head)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional for serving: Protein Ranch Dip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop cauliflower into florets and toss in a bowl with cornstarch, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated and spread on prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the cauliflower for 20 min, toss and roast for 10 min more or until desired tenderness.
- In same bowl you used to toss the cauliflower before, mix the hot sauce and melted butter.
- Add the cauliflower and toss to coat. Return to pan and roast 5-10 min more or until some spots are blistered.
- Serve with protein ranch dip if desired
Tips
- Can also use an air fryer to roast the cauliflower
