Ingredients
- 4 low carb tortillas
- 2 (2oz) individual containers of hummus
- 2 cups salad greens
- ½ head of purple cabbage, sliced thin
- ½ bag of matchstick carrots
- 1 lb of pulled rotisserie chicken (or 1 lb of cooked chicken breast)
- Optional:
- avocado slices
- thin sliced sweet bell peppers
Instructions
- Lay out tortillas on 4 pieces of tin foil. Spread half a container of hummus on each. Add lettuce, cabbage, carrots and chicken on top. Fold up tortilla and wrap in foil. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
