- ½ uncooked old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup egg whites
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- Cook oats in 1 cup of water until they are almost done. Slowly stir in egg whites and a drizzle of maple syrup. Transfer to a bowl and top with berries, almonds and cinnamon. Serve pre-boiled egg or an egg cooked like you prefer on the side.
