This smoothie is a bright green color and tastes like pineapple – not spinach – and is an easy way to get veggies in!
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and pulse to blend until smooth.
Tips
- You can sub out 1/2 of the water for 100% pineapple juice if you want a sweeter taste or need more carbs (for post workout)
- You can add ice to make the consistency more like ice cream
