Mug Cake

Ingredients

• ½ cup Kodiak pancake mix 
• ¼ cup milk 

Instructions

• Spray a coffee mug with cooking spray. Add pancake mix and milk. Stir until combined. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Add 10-15 seconds if the wet spots are bigger than dime size. Top with whipped cream or a drizzle of nut butter and share with a friend or family member- or not 🙂
