TriForce CrossFit Focuses on Integration of Physical Therapy, Nutrition and CrossFit
Chris and Megan created TriForce CrossFit because they believe that combining the power of physical therapy, good nutrition and CrossFit exercises is the best way for a person to achieve ideal fitness. CrossFit workout programs and other high-intensity interval training have been shown to have more extensive health benefits than most other forms of exercise. Chris utilizes his in-depth knowledge of the body and how it works and recovers to design his workouts and make sure that workouts are constantly building up strength for all areas of the body.
Chris and Megan also strive to help each person with physical therapy and diet to achieve and exceed their own personal goals with regard to health, fitness, and strength.
Making Sure Your Body Can Do What You Want to Do

When you come into TriForce CrossFit Chris will work with you to make sure that you get your posture right both when you’re working out and afterward and help to address any nagging issues that you may have that you want to resolve. CrossFit has a focus on functional exercise, as the goal is to make sure you are as ready for life as you can be.
