Ingredients
- 8 large, Egg
- 2 cup strips or slices, Carrots, raw
- 8 tbsp, Hummus
- 2 cups, Triple Zero or other low sugar yogurt
- 1 cup low sugar granola
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Boil eggs and peel – or use our favorite 5-5-5 method in the instant pot.
- Assemble boxes with eggs, veggies and hummus.
- Add yogurt and top with granola and berries.
