When you’re new to CrossFit, it’s important that you talk with the coach and get an intro session before jumping right into class first. One of the worst mistakes that many people make is trying to run before they can walk. At TriForce, our main objective is to help you meet your goals, and keep them met. So we start everyone with personal training sessions to teach you the movements you’ll need to know, as well as assess your current fitness level. Along with that, you will have a movement evaluation with our Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as Nutrition Onboarding so that you are set up for success for the long-haul.
One thing to know is that there is no such thing as ‘CrossFitting’ for just two days straight and then giving up because it’s too hard… it takes time.
