Gina Lynch’s experience prior to joining Triforce in 3 words- up and down. She had some success in the past with CrossFit, but she wasn’t where she wanted to be, and she wasn’t in the shape she’d hoped to be when she called for help. What made her decide to join Triforce was the fact that she simply needed to make a drastic change in her behaviors, particularly in her overall health. Fortunately, Triforce opened up next door to her, making a significant difference in her life.
What Gina enjoys about Triforce is that she gets to do activities that are healthy, challenging, and most importantly, she gets to be with a group of people, notably the competitive aspect of CrossFit, which keeps her fitness journey interesting and keeps her motivated. In her four years as a member of Triforce, she has lost 35 pounds of fat, gained a lot of muscle despite her small stature, and greatly increased her strength. And, most importantly, Gina’s blood pressure medication has been cut in half, and she basically doesn’t have any other health issues at all. She invested in her health because she believes that money is worth far more than a couple of monthly shopping sprees, and she wants to live a healthier and happier life.
Gina believes that if you’re worried about what you’ve heard about CrossFit…people getting hurt, flipping tires, and doing crazy things…don’t be. TriForce isn’t like that. And you’re debating whether or not to join Triforce… you should just do it. Triforce takes your fitness level and goals into account when deciding what to do in the gym and all of the coaches are there to help and guide you, and even if you’ve never worked out before.
So take Gina’s advice if you are thinking about whether or not TriForce is a good fit for you… just do it… and you too will have an amazing success story to share with others.
